ARU Long Term Player Development

The following activities have been developed in alignment with the ARU Strength and Conditioning Long Term Development Curriculum. These activities have been developed to assist coaches physically prepare rugby players and provide a systemic approach to the development of the primary physical qualities of strength, speed, energy systems and flexibility. Coaches are encouraged to refer to the ARUs Long Term Development Model. This model acts as a guide for player development across all levels of the game.
