As part of your planning process, your Rugby club should develop measurable targets (key performance indicators), which will tell you whether you have achieved your goals. These targets allow everybody to see that the club is 'on track' and if not, where the gaps are. By reviewing this information you should be able to ensure that the club continually improves its activities and services.

Joining the Newtork
The Club Development Network is a FREE, Web based program that supports the development and management capacity of sporting clubs.
Australian Rugby encourages Rugby clubs to join the Club Development Network, simply complete the membership application. Your club's details will be added to the member directory and you will receive a member's number so you can access full member benefits.
