Event CoodinatorThe Australian Rugby Union, the national body of rugby in Australia and home to the Qantas Wallabies, is looking for an outstanding Events Coordinator to join the Operations team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic candidate to help in the coordination and delivery of Australian Rugby Union events in Australia. Reporting to the Events Manager, you will utilise your superior organisation and administration skills to primarily coordinate the delivery of Qantas Wallabies Inbound fixtures and other events as required, including the International Rugby Sevens Adelaide.
Essential Skills
• A tertiary or other relevant qualification with a minimum of 2 years experience
• A demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a pressure environment and prioritise them accordingly
• Strong communication (verbal and written) and relationship management skills.
• Ability to think clearly, remain calm under pressure and be able to demonstrate conflict resolution skills
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
• Self motivator and ability to work autonomously
