Sydney’s dream Bledisloe Cup showdown is just four days away and to celebrate the historic trans-Tasman rivalry the city is turning on an exciting week of activity from tomorrow (Wednesday).

The Rugby Championship goes on the line when the Qantas Wallabies host the All Blacks in the first of two 2015 Bledisloe Cup clashes at ANZ Stadium on Saturday (8pm AEST, August 8).

Prior to the clash, the annual Bledisloe Cup Festival (BCF) will paint the city gold in support of the Wallabies beginning with HSBC’s All Access Experience at Pitt St Mall on Wednesday, August 5, through to the Bledisloe Cup Festival Race Day at Royal Randwick on Saturday, August 8.

A collection of the leading women in sport and business across the two countries will join forces to celebrate diversity in Rugby at the second annual BCF Women’s Lunch at Doltone House on Thursday, August 6. Later that afternoon, eight Qantas Wallabies squad members will make their way to ‘Beldisloe Bay’ at Darling Harbour for a meet and greet with fans.

There will be fun for the whole family throughout the day on Thursday, August 6, at the Bledilsoe Bay Fan Day (Harbourside Amphitheatre, Darling Harbour) with activities including horizontal bungee and goal-kicking over the floating goalposts on Sydney harbour.

On Friday, August 7, Wallabies greats of the past will reunite to share their stories and test their skills and patience at Manly Golf Club at the annual BCF Classic Wallabies Golf Day.

Then on game day, two spectacular events light up the Sydney sporting calendar. Prior to the big game at ANZ Stadium, Royal Randwick plays host to the Bledisloe Cup Festival Race Day. Fans with a ticket to the Bledisloe Cup Test and ANZ Stadium members will gain free entry to the Racecourse to soak up the action trackside.
